By accessing or using TACT.md, you agree to the following terms. Last updated: 21 March 2026.
TACT.md License
All TACT.md blueprints are licensed under the TACT.md Standard License. This license grants you specific rights to use blueprints you have downloaded or purchased, subject to the terms below.
Download & Use
Select blueprints are available for free. Others are available for a small fee of $4.99. All blueprints are licensed for personal and internal business use.
Adapt & Remix
You may modify, remix, and build upon any blueprint you have downloaded for your own use.
No Redistribution
Downloaded blueprints are for your own use. You may not share, forward, or redistribute them to others.
No Resale
You may not sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute blueprints. Affiliate and redistribution programmes may be available in the future.
Ownership: All blueprints remain the intellectual property of TACT.md. When you download or purchase a blueprint, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it as described above.
General Terms
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing TACT.md (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by TACT.md, a product of Befinity AI Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”).
2. Account Registration
To download blueprints, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Permitted Use
You may use TACT.md blueprints for personal projects, internal business workflows, educational purposes, and non-commercial research. You may adapt and modify blueprints for your own use. Blueprints you have downloaded or purchased are for your personal use only and may not be shared, forwarded, or redistributed to others.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not: (a) sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute blueprints; (b) share, forward, or redistribute blueprints to any third party; (c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices; (d) claim authorship of blueprints created by TACT.md; (e) use blueprints to train competing AI products without written permission; (f) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
5. Pricing & Purchases
Some blueprints are available for free, while others require a one-time purchase. All prices are displayed on the blueprint page before checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
The TACT™ Framework, the TACT.md platform, and all blueprint content are the intellectual property of TACT.md. The TACT.md Standard License grants you specific usage rights as described above but does not transfer ownership.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Blueprints are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TACT.md does not guarantee that any blueprint will produce specific results when deployed on third-party platforms. AI agent behaviour may vary depending on the platform, model, and configuration used.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TACT.md and Befinity AI Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any blueprint downloaded from it.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
