Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Resume Screening Agent score candidates?
The agent uses a 100-point rubric: Must-Have Skills Match (25 pts), Experience Relevance (25 pts), Education Fit (15 pts), Certifications & Extras (10 pts), Cultural Indicators (10 pts), and Career Trajectory (15 pts). Each candidate receives an ADVANCE, HOLD, or DECLINE recommendation.
Is the resume screening agent biased?
The agent is explicitly instructed to score candidates on qualifications and experience only. It must not infer or penalise based on names, locations, employment gaps, or demographic information. Missing data is flagged as [INSUFFICIENT DATA] rather than guessed.
What resume file formats are supported?
The agent reads PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown resume files. For PDFs with complex formatting, it uses AI vision to extract text accurately.
What does the screening report include?
The agent generates a comprehensive Word (.docx) report with a cover page, executive summary, methodology section, ranked candidate profiles, comparison matrix, and recommendations — all in a single document.
Is the Resume Screening Agent free?
Yes, the blueprint is currently free to download during the TACT launch period (free until mid-Q2 2026). It normally retails for $4.99.
